It was a good experience

I loved the view, it's breathtaking . Food delicious dessert and fruits always fresh and delicious . Staff top notch , very attentive, very helpful and very safe.

I didn't like the furniture and the floor in the room as it is very old. Another minus is they paint the furniture in a light green but doesn't look good. It looked better before. Another minus is their entertainment, mostly spoken in Russian (now majority are Russian speakers) but it's missing the spark, something different and more vibrant would make a big difference.

Fantastic service

The staff are the hotels' best asset. All where fantastic treated us as individuals and couldn't do enough. Akram in Latinos bar deserves a raise. JJ on reception and Emad our room attendant also deserve a mention. Also worth noting that this is the 1st AI hotel I've been to where the cocktails are made with fresh fruit juice and not a pre made syrup.

Hot food on occasion was cold.

Quite good but not excellent for the reasons above.

The grounds and the view of the sea are spectacular. The meals were better than at most all-inclusive resorts. The room was large and comfortable.

The waterfalls for which the hotel is named were not operating! Also the internet was not working. The restaurant has one terrible feature, in that the coffee/tea is not self-service. This is particularly bad at breakfast when everyone wants coffee and the staff can't keep up with supplying it. Also the many windows and the glass ceiling in such a climate (sunny all the time) make the restaurant uncomfortably hot. In addition, alcoholic drinks are not included in the all-inclusive plan, but this was not stated up front. So for those who want it, it is $10/day extra, per person.

Bad Experience

1- the size of the room. 2- The location of the hotel was good.

The house keeping staff were taking longer than usual to get me what I have requested , the staff were not supervised well so the clean was not 100 % . The lobby bathroom was not clean at all. The whole property was out of control regarding house keeping . I hate the salt water pool and I had to take my family all the way out of the lobby to use the regular pool which was not into the standard. When I requested check out the front office requested extra 10 EGP as the previous employee miss calculated my fees .

Simply amazing

I always prefer this hotel just because of its location, peaceful environment and the staff. the staff was more attentive and caring. They always respond to all my queries. Especially the front office team leading by Mr Aymen he was just an amazing leader. And Sayed make amazing coffee to us in the morning Overall my stay was awesome. Will stay again.

Staff was great. Facilities / rooms were not to standard. Go to the Hyatt! Trust me

The staff. Muhommad at reception was very helpful in trying to fix the problems.

No wifi. Dirty toiletries. No vanity pack no toothbrushes. No mini bar. Broken tv. Worn out rooms. Terrible bath shower.

Rooms are very old furnished. Have bad smell. Unrepaired tiles and marbles. Food is very cheap quality and hygiene not the best.
